OFFICIALS AND TECHNICAL DELEGATE CERTIFICATION STREAM
 
LICENSING OF OFFICIALS
 
All officials licenses shall be approved by the Officials Certification sub-Committee.
 
Licenses are issued and archived at the CFSA National Office.
 
LICENSE                  DEFINITION

Certified to officiate at any level of competition
B
Certified to officiate at B level competitions and below
C
Certified to officiate at C level competitions and below
D
Certified to officiate at D level competitions and below
E
Certified to officiate at E level competitions

B

APPLICATION PROCEDURES

A
Completion of tasks signed and submitted to CFSA by Provincial Officials Certification Rep.
(+ OCP evaluation form completed by A level TD or Chief Of Competition – Chief Of Competition only)
B
Completion of tasks signed and submitted to CFSA by Provincial Officials Certification Rep.
(+ OCP evaluation form completed by A level TD or Chief Of Competition – Chief Of Competition only)
C
Completion of tasks signed and submitted to CFSA by Provincial Officials Certification Rep.
D
Completion of Level Two Course
Completion of tasks signed and submitted to CFSA by Provincial Officials Certification Rep.
E
Completion of Level One course

 
OFFICIALS TASK REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSING

A
Officiate at a minimum of two B competitions + assisted at a minimum of 2 A level competitions
(+ attendance at FIS-Freestyle TD Seminar – Chief of Competition only)
B
Officiated at a minimum of three C level competitions + assisted a minimum of two B level competitions
(+ assist at one A level competition – Chief of Competition only)
C
Officiate at a minimum of two D level competitions + assisted a minimum of two C level competitions
D
Completion of a Level Two Officials Clinic.
Officiated at a minimum of two E level competitions + assisted at a minimum of one D level of competition
E
Completion of a Level One Officials clinic.
